I believe that every day is an opportunity to reset our focus, realign our goals, and make meaningful progress—especially for those navigating life with ADHD. My mission is to share structured planning strategies and supportive tools that empower busy minds to overcome distractions, build habits, and achieve success.

Whether you’re an introvert like me striving to find your focus, a professional managing ADHD in a demanding workplace, or someone on a personal growth journey who is constantly sidetracked, this blog and our resources are here to help you thrive amidst life’s demands.

Why Reset and Realign?

Reset & Realign began as a personal experiment—a way for me to finally stick with something and see it through. I’ve always had a lot of ideas, but following through has been a challenge. So, I created practices that gave me the structured approach I needed, which eventually led to the creation of this blog. I realized I needed a space where I could connect with others who understand the struggle of balancing ambition with the reality of ADHD.

The name “Reset & Realign” represents what I want this space to be: a place where we can regroup, refocus, and support each other in achieving our goals. My planner and this blog are structured to help people like us—those who have big dreams but struggle to execute them. I envision a community where we sit down together at the beginning of each month, review our big goals, set actionable steps for the week, and reflect on our progress without judgment.

Who am I’m Here For?

I’m reaching out to the person who, like me, accomplishes so much more in their mind than in real life. You might not even realize that ADHD is the reason behind this. You know what you want, but following through feels like an endless challenge. Indecision, procrastination, and the desire to achieve great things without taking the necessary steps—these are your biggest hurdles.

I want to connect with you because I understand these struggles on a deep level. Together, I want us to find ways to move past them.

How I Hope to Help

Through the Reset & Realign blog, planner, and soon podcast, I hope to show you that you can achieve more by taking things one month at a time. The planner I’ve created is designed to give you the structure and support you need to turn your goals into reality. But more than that, I want to build a community where we can challenge each other, hold each other accountable, and navigate life’s demands together.

I believe that with the right tools and a little bit of support, we can all make meaningful progress in our lives—no matter how many times we need to hit the reset button.
